I N G R E D I E N T S: (serves 1)
1/2 cup Kodiak Cake Original Protein Flapjack mix
vanilla protein powder
1/2 cup almond or oat milk
1 tsp vanilla
4-6 strawberries cut up
Ghirardelli 60% cacao chocolate chips
1 tbsp strawberry preserves
R E C I P E:
1. put the flapjack mix, protein powder, and cinnamon in a medium size bowl
2. mix in milk substitute, egg, and vanilla
3. put batter into sprayed/greased waffle maker and sprinkle chocolate chips on top before closing and flipping
4. top the finished waffle with strawberry preserves, strawberries, and extra chocolate chips!
